Tom Fournier has been active in Royal Rangers since 1999. He started out as the Chaplain for Outpost 33 at Milton 1st AG. Positions held since joining are Outpost Chaplain, Commander Trailblazers, Adventure Ranger Commander, Discovery Ranger Commander and finally Senior Commander. Training completed old LTC, LMA both old and new, several LTA's, NTC, and ICS. Positions held at West Florida District include Health and Safety Officer, Signal Officer, Currently hold Junior Leader Training Coordinator position.
FCF - Joined FCF in 2001, went through the old Phase 1 and Phase 2, received the name Prairie Dog. Advanced to Buckskin in 2005 and Wilderness at the Territorial Rendezvous in 2007. Currently holding the position of Buckskin Representative. FCF name is White Owl.
Married to Starr Fournier since 1969, 2 children 1 boy Tom Fournier Jr. and daughter Samantha, deceased.
