Randy has been involved in Rangers since childhood. He has served as Sr. Commander of Outposts 38 and 71 in years past as well as various district positions. He currently serves as Sr. Commander of Outpost 16, Brownsville Assembly and is the West Florida District Webmaster. He is married to Martha and has 3 children, Kyle, Amy and Jeremy. He is a Sr. Lab Technician for Solutia Inc.
